Ellis Creek Missionary Baptist Church is dedicated to fostering community, spiritual growth, and service rooted in faith and guided by love. Our mission is to share the teachings of Jesus Christ, support each other's spiritual journeys, and extend outreach to the broader community for humanitarian efforts. We warmly welcome individuals and families to join us in worship, prayer, and fellowship, as we grow together in faith and understanding.
Pastor Julian K. Miller and First Lady Donna R. Miller
Pastor Miller and First Lady Miller have faithfully led Ellis Creek Missionary Baptist Church for the past seven years, serving with hearts full of love for God and His people. Their ministry is rooted in a deep commitment to teaching the Word, building strong families, and guiding others in spiritual growth.
Before answering the call to pastoral ministry, Pastor Miller served honorably in the United States Navy and later worked as a long-distance truck driver. After retiring from both, he stepped into full-time ministry, bringing with him a wealth of life experience, discipline, and a heart for service. His preaching is both powerful and practical — grounded in scripture and always aimed at drawing others closer to Christ.
First Lady Miller serves faithfully alongside him, offering encouragement, wisdom, and leadership — especially in her ministry to women and families. Together, they are a true team, known for their compassion, humility, and unwavering faith.
They are the proud parents of two daughters and one son, and are joyfully blessed with one grandson and one granddaughter. As spiritual leaders, mentors, and examples of godly love, Pastor and First Lady Miller continue to be a blessing to Ellis Creek Missionary Baptist Church and all who know them.
